How to convince myself to stop wanting a baby?

I had a perfect baby who died after 2 hours of having born due to a problem on his heart. I'm 43 years old but I can't convince myself to wanting a baby. This is beyond me. Eventhough my baby died in January for me it was like yesterday. I can't stop crying and suffering. I would like to find comfort and understand that another baby is not going to happen, but my heart and soul hurt.

maybe consider adoption? You can make a child really happy and that child would love you as his own mother :)

There is no adoption available in my country, they only give you chiles until the age of 37. My husband and I are no candidates as we are in our early 40's.
