My son was sleeping through the night when he was 3 months old, I felt super lucky but then ever since 8 months hit, he's been waking up during the night to breastfeed. This week, it got worse since he started waking up every 2-3 hours & im losing my shit. Does anyone know about how long this will last...

Is he teething? That's the only time my LO starts frequent night nursing, otherwise he sleeps like a champ.

My LO will be a year soon & she still wakes at 3 & 5 to nurse. EVERY SINGLE NIGHT!! I've gotten use to this- she slept great up till 4 months. I'm exhausted!

This is from "The Gentle Sleep Book" and explains a lot. My boy is EBF and slept through at 3 months, then the four month regression hit and at its worst (10 months) I was up 6-8 times a night. Thankfully he seems over it now and this week he has slept through every night. Out of nowhere, he seemed to just settle himself instead of waking fully. Fingers crossed it continues! Xxx
