Mole changed in the middle of pregnancy

i just had a mole taken off and sent to biopsy. i'm absolutely terrified.. i have a family history of melanoma and i'm fair skinned with blue eyes and light hair. of course i'm expecting the worst.. but i was going back to see if i could find when my mole changed. and it changed when i was about 20 (give or take) weeks pregnant. in the first picture, i was very early in pregnancy and my mole was normal.. and then in January that's when i changed.

has this happened to anyone else? i'm so scared.. i have an almost 4 month old. skin cancer is the last thing i want to have to worry about 😞
