Do you think that forced diversity can get im the way of quality of work. Or do you think forced diversity can lead to better work ethic.

There is no such thing as forced diversity, because it happens gradually over time. Diversity in the US, has been occurring for centuries regardless if ppl wanted it to happen. It happened, and it's the best damn thing this country went through.

A good portion of my work is based on D&I;, and "forced diversity" isn't a thing. Explain what you mean or stop repeating made up terms.

I'm not sure what forced diversity is, but I think that diversity is a good thing. I'm from a pretty diverse area and that's one of the things I love about it.
