Should I be worried about this? (Read below)

Please no sarcasm I have extreme anxiety and I realize this is an issue. I get scared I can get pregnant by somehow touching Sperm in a public place/bathroom without knowing it's there and then touching myself later or if I'm masturbating. I'm on the pill, I haven't had sex in about six months. I know its silly but I just need reassurance.

1. That's a myth. 
2. Sperm can't live long enough out in the open to actually get you pregnant later on when you get home and decide to masturbate. 
3. You are protected. 
4. Wash your hands after going to the restroom. 
5. If you are worried about sanitation, clean the seat with toilet paper then cover the seat edges with toilet paper or if you can just squat and don't touch the seat. I do this all the time because it's gross and I'm also a very anxious person.
You are safe, it's okay to panic but realize it can easily be fixed by doing any of that to feel at ease. You are okay. You are not pregnant or sick. If you are worried then follow those tips and remember them.

Sperm cannot live very long outside of the human body. So even if on the off chance you touched some - it would be dead. And incapable of getting you pregnant. 
Plus, if this happened it would be an incredibly small number of sperm. The chances of the sperm being alive outside the body are tiny, and the chances of it being alive and able to get your pregnant in such small amounts is nonexistent.

I experienced the exact same thing after a pregnancy scare with my boyfriend a few months ago. I know how it feels, for me it was one of the worst things ever because I was always worried😶 If you ever want to talk about it you can message me, after I went on the pill because if it my worries slowly got less, I still don't really do anything sexual and definitely not sex with my boyfriend because I'm still worried but I think it's getting better, I hope it gets better for you🙃

Don't sit on public toilets because that is unsanitary. In public restrooms, turn the tap off with paper towel. It is a good habit to wash your hands as soon as you get home because you have no idea what's on your hands. This is how I was raised by my mother who is a nurse. 
Sperm on a toilet seat or dorm knob dies quickly so you can't get pregnant that way.

You should be fine. Chances of that happening are very slim. Especially if you're on the pill. But trust me I understand. I have anxiety too so I worry about stuff like that a lot too
