6 pounds in a week?

My first pregnancy I didn't gain no weight, not even 1 pound. Which i gave birth to my son of August 2016, I'm due next Friday sept 8th. I know every pregnancy is different, but woahhh..I've gained some weight in this pregnancy.. literally from last week to this week I gained 6 pounds! How is that possible! So now I'm scared to eat.. but I know I need to. But all i can think about is how im going to look after I have my baby! I'm just feeling really disgusted... my sister in law told me it was all baby but I can't help but to look at my face and legs.. I just needed to vent!
