Had my first miscarriage at 5 weeks, 5 days ago. Had ultrasound four days ago and she said the lining of the uterus was very thin and almost completely gone already and I should expect for it to finish soon. As of this morning I only have brown blood and it is limited. I started cramping wicked bad a little while ago but I also have IBS and the pain is remarkably similar. I did have BM yesterday so I don't know what it is. Is it IBS? Is it something related to the miscarriage? I am very tired of these mixed signals! I initially thought the miscarriage was my IBS since it was flaring wicked bad during the pregnancy until I wiped away blood. How long should I expect the cramping from the miscarriage to continue? It is like my body is adding insult to injury here with the continued pain :(
