Can't even eat without throwing up fuck my life!!!!!!

Im still a bit sick, from this horrible allergy cold whatever it was.. I had plugged nose, plugged ears, Watery eyes, scratchy throat, everything, now i'm okay but i feel feverish, and my throat is mucusy, and still have scratchy throat. It's i guess going away, So i'm so hungry so i made a mac and cheese and when i was eating it good , i felt my stomache wanting to throw up and felt like gagging so i went to the bathing but threw up nothing but mucus. ughhhhh im losing weight by not eating !!!!! i need to eat!!!!!! im getting mad
