I'm driving myself insane worrying about dying, I had some rectal bleeding and convinced myself it was cancer. I already went to a doctor and was told it was anal fissure and internal hemorrhoids but I can't stop obsessing. Please let's talk about how you felt postpartum, emotionally and physically.
