Ectopic • Cyst • Round Ligament Pain • Normal!?

Hey, ladies. I'm 8 weeks + 1 day pregnant. I have been experiencing sharp (but not severe) pain in my lower left abdomen. It is next to my belly button and shoots a little down. This has been happening for 3 days with no spotting or other pain-related symptoms. My ultrasound is next week but I'm scared that it could be ectopic.. however, I only get the pain 2-3 times a day for about a minute. Anyone experienced this? What could it be? Thanks. 💟

I am currently 11w and have occasional sharp pains since 6weeks, especially on my left side (in ovulated from my left and my baby is more hanging there). Feels like a little lightening bolt! However, If you're concerned for ectopic you can call your doctor and explain your concerns and ask to be seen earlier, as you don't want to wait on that.

I had the, started at 8w5d and it went this morning after going to the toilet. My pain was in my right side and would describe it where yours was but closer to my hip than my belly button and went down to my groin, hoping it was either trapped wind or round ligament pain it was very uncomfortable and made me worry aswell, not about ectopic though as I've already had 2 scan because of bleeding.

Appendix maybe that's the only thing I can think of that you would have pain near your belly button. It's to early for round ligament pain.

ALSO--I've had no spotting and had mild cramps from weeks 3-6.
