Lightweight/umbrella stroller that you can hang diaper bag on?

Question

Does that exist? I want a REALLY lightweight stroller that I can still hang my diaper bag on without it tipping over.  A stroller that weighs under 18lbs. 
I have this one which I absolutely love. My only complaint is I can't hang my diaper bag on the handles like I use to with my big travel system stroller without it tipping backwards.
Does this even exist???? Lol

Nope they will always tip if too light. It's just physics.

I think any lightweight stroller will tip because it doesn't have the weight to balance out the diaper bag.

I have that one and I love it! I used to hang my diaper bag on it and it was fine as long as my son was sitting in the stroller. If he wanted to walk around the. I'd put the bag on the seat. Worked great for me.
