Teething baby 👶🏽

So my daughter is drooling and puts her hands around her mouth and is fussy and has diarrhea and I know she's not hungry because I just fed her but that's how I got the green light that's she's teething because of the drooling! No fever tho!! But what can I give her to help her relax sometimes cuddling with her doesn't work but she will turn 3 months in 2 days 😢🤔 any suggestions? She doesn't know how to hold things yet so a teething toy won't work and she sometimes holds her pacifier in but let's it fall help!!!
