Hi girls. I've been on prenatal vitamins for 1 month now and I was expecting my period 5 days ago. I took a few pregnancy tests but they show all negative. So to my question: can prenatal vitamins delay your period or make u not have a period(ovulation) at all? I'm freaking out to why not my perios has showed up 😰
