Just got my first period ever 😞😱😵😢
It's super light but I have no one to talk to bcoz my dad is a night shift worker and my mum is in hospital I don't have any products ie pads tampons and I have bad cramps but also I'm really nervous 😩 what do I do !? I'm 13 btw like do you guys have any tips to survive?? Pleas I'm desperate
