ttc for #2 and new to pcos

so, we conceived our first child naturally after about 6 months of trying. I was still having extremely regular periods before he was conceived. he's now a year. I had 4 normal periods after he was born then absolutely nothing. bot even spotting.

my ob sent me to another ob who specializes in infertility since I hadn't had a period for 6 months and we want to start trying again. so at my second appointment with her beginning of august, I was given the pcos diagnosis. I get bloodwork tomorrow to see if I have low progesterone levels. I've been on the different meds to help with dropping a fertile egg. I'm only about a week past ovulation, but I'm scared. I know the higher risk of miscarriage. I don't know if it's just that or not knowing how many Dr visits ill need to get pregnant in the first place. or maybe its that the Dr said there's a slightly higher chance of twins with the one medication.

so here I am, new to pcos and ttc for #2. any advice would be amazing!
