CD39 out of a 30 day cycle and one (multiple, really) ovarian cyst rupture later, AF is finally coming. Apparently I've been having cyst ruptures for some time, but I have such a high pain tolerance from chronic disorders that I honest to god passed it off as sharp Crohn's pains. 9 days late and AF is finally coming, though. I can feel it. I just hope she waits until after my eye appointment. 😭
