Length of your period?
hey ladies! kind of a "technical" question here.
I always considered my period to be 6 days, because that's how long it takes for the bleeding AND spotting to stop. But I spot for about 2 or 3 days out of those 6. So should I consider my period to be about 4 days (regular, active bleeding) or 6 days (bleeding+spotting)? How long do you consider yours? thanks!!
