Am i pregnant?

I was diagnosed with pcos December of 2016. I was taken femera with trigger shot up until may I think. It was becoming stressful trying so hard to conceive and continuing to get negatives. so July 20th I had a normal cycle. my cycle was supposed to start August 14th however it was a day late starting August 15. when it started it was Odd. very light, it wasnt dark red. no PMS symptoms until the last day. cramping and blood clots. a week later I started having nausea, diharrea, sore breasts, headaches. about 2 weeks later I spotted brown for a day and a half right after sex. I still have sore breasts, backache and headaches. sorry for the long post but could this be pcos symptoms or pregnancy. oh and 2 days before my late period I got a faint positive pregnancy test. Anyone experienced this or know what this could be?
