Opk strips - first time
Hi Glow community! This is my first time using Opk strips. For my first baby, I used the clear blue digital. I usually have 31-34 day cycles. So for those of you with longer cycles, around what CD do you start testing? Also, would you recommend testing once or twice a day? Any advice using Opks is appreciated. Thanks in advance! 😊
