I feel horrible

At 6/7dpo I had cramps, pressure, and some punches in my uterus which could of been implantation. I ovulated early this cycle at CD12. At 9dpo I started to feel like I had cold like symptoms. Runny nose, sneezing, congestion, headaches, and I was randomly nauseous. Today at 10DPO I'm still having all the symptoms my boobs are still tender. I heard that it's a good sign to have these symptoms, but idk. All I know is that I feel horrible and I don't wanna take anything because well idk what to take. 😩 I only had a faint positive once. So I quit testing until Monday. And I gotta go to work tonight. I hope I feel better. I just need this pressure in my head to stop.
