Get help! I'm currently going through this. I told my entire family about my feelings and my mom drove me to seek emergency mental health assistance from a mental hospital. If your not severe enough, the psychiatrist will see you right away and give you medication. You can also reach out to your obgyn to prescribe you something and find a good therapist. Being a mom is not easy and our bodies and hormones go through so many ups and downs. Your baby needs you to be healthy and to get help. You can do it. I'm taking it one day at a time. 😘😘😘 you don't have to feel this way momma. I watched my mother try and kill herself multiple times, I know what this is, seek help, the suicide prevention link someone else sent. Follow it, just do it, for no other reason then two women on the internet told you to, use their chat function and talk to the person on the other end. Don't say I don't know what to do, do what we're telling you to do and go to that site. Sending you strength, you can enjoy being a mother.

I'm so sorry you're feeling like this, but you can get better! I know it's easier said than done, but seek help from the suicide hotline, or go to the emergency department. They will help find you the help you need to get better.
