So some have seasonal depression, will I have night time depression. I just had a random episode while watching a movie with my bf. He immediately acted and did everything he could to distract me and make me laugh. (I swear sometimes he's like a parent just trying to get their baby to stop crying) he makes funny faces and tells me stupid jokes. Even when I'm going through a dark time, he assures me he's there. I've never had this much support in my life and it's so comforting. It doesn't get rid of the depression, but damn, it sure does help at times. I hope everyone is as blessed as I am and has someone like him in their lives.
