anyone else ever vomited blood in the first trimester?

ended up throwing up almost everything I ate after the nausea subsided. but there most of it is covered in blood and very worried. pls help urgently with responses. thanks

I'm not trying to call you stupid, but are you sure you didn't have anything with red dye in it? Cranberry juice, Gatorade, popsicle, vitamin, or something?
If it's truly blood, I'd suggest going to urgent care ASAP. 
You might have just torn the lining in your esophagus, but it could be something else. It's better to be safe than sorry.

From my experience I would throw up blood because my esophagus would get irritated. It wasn't a ton of blood but enough to know it was blood. My doctor said because your body is circulating so much blood it is easier to have this happen. Just like you may get nose bleeds more often. She wasn't concerned at all.

You definitely need to go to a hospital if you're throwing up blood it could mean something is wrong with your stomach and food pipe

When I throw up a lot it is sometimes blood tinged mucousy, but just blood def needs to be seen by a doctor.
