What are things you need in diaper bag

First time mom! 
I know the basic stuff to put in a diaper bag, but for a newborn I know diapers, wipers, extra clothes bottle etc, but what am I missing? 
Also is there anything in particular I need for home like medicine or creams etc?

emergency kit that includes nose spray. nose sucker etc. bibs or cloths and lots of them. coupke teething toys. nappy bags. change of clothes (a couple) besides nappies and wipes and bottles dtc they are my number ones that i dont remove from the bag

That's pretty much it - diapers, wipes, a change of clothes or two, a pacifier if you use them, bottles if you use them. Diaper ointment as needed, but it doesn't really need to be used all the time. As they get older the list will change but when they're teeny it's pretty simple. 
I personally keep Aquaphor at home, we use it every diaper change to prevent rashes. I also keep baby Advil in the medicine cabinet because our boy seems to always be teething and it's never just one tooth at a time :( we swear by the Nose Frida and we also keep saline on hand. We have our son in daycare and sniffles are very common. I can't really think of anything else to keep on hand

Wipes, clothes, nappies, bottles, formula (if formula fed), dummies, bibs, baby panadol, infants friend, nose suckers, nose spray, toys, a swaddle if you use them
