need sum advice.

so my son is almost ten months old and he currently has two little teeth in the middle of his mouth. long story short he is starting to nibble and bite everything including my wife's nipple as she nurses him. since he was a baby nursing has brought him comfort but my wife can't take it anymore cause it seems like that's all he wants to do, unless he is super tired.
