Ovulation help?

So I started testing CD 10 because my nurse told me to and so I tested yesterday at 1 and 7pm and today at 1 and 7pm. When I tested at 1 I had only held urine for 2-3 hours, and at 1 it looks very positive but now at 7 it doesn't. Also I had been testing with clearblue advanced and had been getting my "peaks" very late in my cycle so testing positive at CD 11 was a little weird to me. But maybe that could be why we haven't got pregnant? Does this sound right to y'all? Any help/advice is welcome!
