Help!

Can someone please help me?... so AF came yesterday and I've be curious if it's common for someone to have their period like normal and still be pregnant? I thought for sure it was this month but then yesterday hit me like a ton of bricks in the face. Anyway, I've had some slightly larger than usual clots this time and I just took a PT and this was the result? 1. Can anyone see anything ? cuz I think I do. 2. If yes, Do you think I could have misscarried? 3. Do you think I still have a shot at being pregnant right now? Please let me know your thoughts? Thanks!!!
