I had terrible cramping on my left side , following with vaginal bleeding . I went to the ER , they did an abdominal ultrasound and a vaginal ultrasound , the baby wasn't outside my uterus , but it wasn't in my uterus as well . The dr said the baby most likely passed while I was heading to the hospital . I just feel totally lost right now .
