Little red bumps
Ok my son will be 7mo on Sunday, he's bfing and taking pumped boob, and started (and loves!) solids about a month ago. He has one little tooth budding on the bottom and he's a drool machine. These little red bumps starting appearing around his bottom lip a week ago and not sure what they are??? He's eating/sleeping/pooping/peeing just fine and he's still his fun, cheery self. Are they drool rash bumps? He has some on his chest. Cold sores? Rash?
