Discharge ?

So I can't really tell what to make of it. Almost 14 weeks pregnant. I've noticed I seem to have more discharge. Sometimes thicker and sometimes thin. It's white. It does not smell. It does not itch. I've also noticed that there tends to be more a day or two after fiancé and I have had sex. I'm gonna talk to my doctor about it when I see her Tuesday. But I was just curious if this is a normal pregnancy thing? I've had a few yeast infections before and this doesn't feel or look like one. At least from what I remember. Been with the same man for 5 years and have been tested regularly. Never any stds. Opinions/advice ladies?
