Twins???ectopic!??help please

I am 4 weeks4 day. Did an ultrasound at work and this is what I see. I wondered about twins but was concerned with the way the white heart shape is and it looks different than my other early scans so I worry about it being in the tube? Anyone have any opinions? I will call dr Monday but my nerves are getting to me.
