First Timer with Questions.

hi there! I am 8 days late for AF. Took tests when I was late for 1 day and 4 days - both negative. today I took this test and it immediately showed BFP.

a few questions.. I don't feel many pregnancy symptoms, could this be a false positive? I plan to retest with other brands of tests.. but this was my first test with first response. the negatives were with Walmart 88 cent cheapies. And also, is it normal to not have many pregnancy symptoms this early on?
