On the 31st of August (4 days ago) my period was coming to an end and was just very light brown blood. The next day there was no blood at all. I had sex yesterday, no blood at all. Half an hour later I start bleeding bright red blood that was medium to heavy, and it stopped quite soon after. No more blood at all for the rest of that day. I had sex today at around 5pm, and afterwards I bled again, this time a little heavier than yesterday. I also had cramps while I was bleeding. The bleeding has stopped now, but I keep getting slight sharp pains in my belly and oddly my right leg.

I'm pretty sure this isn't period blood. This has never happened to me before. The sex didn't hurt at all.
