Cleaned and now I'm hurting really bad :(

Man I really don't know how to get rid of this pain couldn't sleep right would turn sides and all my mussels would hurt so much even trying to get up to go to the bathroom.

Is there anything u guys done to at least fade away or should I say baby wants to come out already???
