Is it colic?
My daughter (3 weeks old) has been extremely fussy for the past few days, she's isn't hungry, has a dirty diaper, being held, this causes her not to sleep at all. I am not sure if this is normal or not... she also makes these grunting noises while going to sleep and while sleeping
