Need Help

Hi all

I need sugestions and help from you all as my situation is that I had my ectopic laparoscopy ( tubel pregnancy : right tube was taken off )on 2nd of august 2017. After that I had kind of period bleeding on 5th of august (not sure was it real period bleeding or after ectopic bleeding?)

Now after one month I have done some pregnancy tests ( pics attached below) which came positive. So I want to know that is it normal to have this BFP just with in this time or would there be any problems as I concieved so early again?? Realy worried as I have heard that there is more risk to have another ectopic as well?? Plz help to provide some information. Thankyou.
