Telling the In-laws

Hello im 23 and my Fiancé is 27.

I am pregnant with our first however we are not married yet and not exactly sure how to tell his parents since they are really stern on us saving money and waiting till marriage... buuut thats clearly not how things are playing out..Any suggestions on how to break the news to them? What to say? When to say it?
