waiting..😒

So before my 37 week appt- my mucus plug came out(my doctor told me that's what it was) and that I was 1cm dilated and about 50% effaced. Then at my 38 week appt(last Thursday) she was trying to check me and literally said "oh, his head is right there." and I was 1-2cm dilated and 80% effaced. I had been experiencing cramps for awhile that lasted 2 days before the 38 appt. and had cramping after she checked me until I went to sleep that night, but when they had me on the monitor, it wasn't picking up any big contractions. Been walking and keeping active, but I feel like my doctor got my hopes up with saying how low he was. Who knows, could happen any moment. 😖
