I Need Some Advice Ladies! Bacterial Vaginosis Treatment!

So today i called my OBGYN with some concerns about a bacteria infection & to my suprise i was 100% right when i said it was bacterial vaginosis. She gave me a 7 day supply taking 2 pills a day (14 pills). Well my OBGYN prescribed me Metronidazole 500mg tablets. Well reading the prescription information it say to not take during the first 3 months of pregnancy. Well i am onli 10 weeks & 4 days pregnant & i am so scared to take them. My local pharmacy & doctors office is closed so i cant even call to voice my concerns. Has any of you ladies taken these during there 1st trimester? Do you think its safe? Please help!!
