I am elated right now! I had my Nexplanon removed in June of this year and hubby and I were trying to our 4th and final baby. I had 2 strong positive OPKs on 8/23 and 8/24 and we BD almost every day. I've been nauseous and exhausted since 7dpo, and yesterday and today the nausea was constant all day and night. I had cramping at 7 and 8dpo, and I've also had round ligament pain like I did with my other pregnancies. I've been peeing a lot lately too, so today at 11dpo I tested around 3:00pm after getting home from a trip, and these showed up immediately! I can't thank God enough for this happening so soon.
