Safe during pregnancy?

I've been having no appetite for food and was wondering if this protwin shake would be safe to hold me over for a bit

I'm pregnant and diabetic and on the go 24/7 with my line of work... the want me eatting 3 meals and at least 3 snacks every day but I can't take real food with me so I have been drinking the Glucerna Hunger Smart shakes in between meals as my "snacks". My Doctor said they are perfectly fine, not necessarily as a total meal replacement while pregnant but to hold you over until your next meal it's perfect.... some of those can be high in carbs, that would be my only concern, so just check that and discuss it with your Dr.

My doctor made m try and drink ensure because I couldn't keep anything down and was losing a lot of weight, I'm not very big to begin with. But sure Enough couldn't keep those down either
