Choosing to be cis

🐦

I have nothing against cis people. Personally I just don't agree with my kids choosing to be cisgender until age 25. That's when the brain is fully developed.

If I have a cis daughter she isn't going to be allowed to express being a girl until she's an adult and able to make that decision.

And same goes for a son. I just want them to enjoy being kids without worrying about their gender identity.

If she wants me to paint her room pink, too bad. She isn't fully formed enough to know what colors she likes until age 25.

Plus everyone knows kids are just mini versions of their parents, and they always think and feel the same as we do.
