Water birth???

Question

So I had my son 7 months ago and I had a regular birth with an epidural. I'm pregnant again with our second and I was really considering doing a water birth.. I thought about it With my son but they didn't have the stuff for me to be able to do one at my doctors so I couldn't. I am really curious to see what you mommies thought about it or their partners thought about it???

I didn't have a water birth, but labored in water a long time. I'm incredibly thankful and happy with my labor and delivery experience. My main goal was to avoid intervention and pain management drugs. It worked well for me!

It's what I'll try for when I get pregnant again. I labored in a birthing pool but gave birth in a bed. It was great and I loved my experience.
