Yeast infection?

So I noticed, more so yesterday that my vagina is very itchy, and it's very uncomfortable, I've looked it up and it says it can be a yeast infection, my vagina isn't red but the lips are somewhat swollen. My doctors are closed, but what can I take or put on for the itching to calm down? It's very uncomfortable. 
Also if it is a yeast infection, how could I get it? I'm 26 weeks and 1 day pregnant.

a couple days before my period is supposed to come i get kinda dry down there and itchy. then my period comes and it goes away . i googled it and it said that can happen

If I was you I go see Dr. I though I had a yeast infection ones and I didn't have it. I was just itchy and they give me a cream.
