Cow's milk
How did you introduce cows milk to your LO? My husband is lactose intolerant but I am not. The only dairy our 11 month old has ever had is ice cream!
She'll turn 1 year old In two weeks so I'll be waiting till then to do so! She's been formula fed since she was a newborn!
