Popping and soreness??

I'm 13 weeks and I have this weird popping feeling and soreness near my belly button. Is this normal? What could it be?

I'm 13 weeks. I have this too. This is my third baby though. The popping I figure is gas maybe baby shifting around but most likely gas. Soreness is normal your ligaments are stretching.
