Hi ladies, I'm 31 weeks and having extreme anxiety about labor pain. I'm planning on getting the epidural, this is my first. I know it's not like I'm going to die or anything but the pain really terrifies me. I'm getting genuinely anxious as the weeks come closer and I know I'm going to go through it.

Any tips for labor anxiety or stories of labor? How was getting the epidural and going through labor as first time moms for some of you ladies? Any advice or stories at all is much appreciated!
