Taking prenatals using conceive plus legs up for 15-20 mins after sex ( wives take I know but hell its worth a shot) this is cycle #4

Haven't been on bc in almost 2 years

Any advice or comments. Possibly out?

I feel like you should bd before ovulation. Because sperm stays in you up to 6 days. Sometimes it happens sooner or later, even with a positive opk test the only way to know for sure is bbt.... You do track ovulation right?
