Anyone else?? Kinda nervous

I went to the hospital for some bleeding yesterday. All came back fine babies are ok. But I noticed today my boobs no longer feel heavy or full. I have a ultrasound in two days to see them again. I am praying all is still ok. Anyone else ever have symptoms come and go
