Tmi is this a hemerhoid

Please no hate

I'm freakin out right now I'm 24 weeks pregnant and I'm worried I might need to remove it because it's dangerous etc

I've felt this for a few year but never have looked at it.

No issues , no bleeding , pain or itchiness

Just i know it's there when I wipe my anus.

Is this normal? Does anyone have the same?

It also has a vein in it from what I can feel

Any help would be appreciated
